Revised Water Testing Process

• Convenient 24 hour water drop off in our water vault accessible from N. Locust Ave
• Results can be sent via E-mail or Phone/Text during regular business hours Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
• Results will be ready within 2 hours for tests dropped off before 2pm
• Results for water tests dropped off after 2PM will be sent the next business day

• Ordering will only be available for chemicals listed on our website
• Order processing times will be at 11AM and 2PM
• Any order placed before 2PM will be processed same day
• Any order after 2PM will be processed the next business day at 9am
• Convenient pick up available 24/7 with our new locker system. You will be given a personal code for the front door and locker to access your items

Delivery

• Free delivery inside a 15 mile radius from our Swim World Pools location
• Receive your order within 2 business days if ordered before 2PM
• Minimum purchase of $50

Electronic Door Hangers

• Service report that details when technicians are at your home and the work that was performed
• Report is emailed for faster communication
• Won’t get lost or blow off the door like traditional door hangers

Mobile Water Testing

• Poolside water testing right at your home!
  • Small fee of $25 dollars within a 15 mile radius
  • Service to be paid for at the time of scheduling
  • Fee DOES NOT include any chemicals or adding chemicals to the pool
• Poolside chemical checks
